why move to magic valley?
Magic Valley has four seasons! In the summer there are kayakers on the Snake, dinner trips on the Snake, white water rafting, boating and water sports, biking, camping, unbelievable fruits and vegetables in many local farmers’ markets and/or roadside stands, great hiking in the Sawtooth’s and driving through the South Hills.
Anytime the weather permits, one would see base jumpers off the Perrine Bridge – one of the last legal locations! Fall and Spring are just extensions of summer with crazy fall coloring throughout the Sawtooth’s – especially up the Galena Summit!
Winter sports include skiing, cross country skiing, sitting outside next to a fire roasting marshmallows or hot tubbing as the light snow falls. If you don’t like driving in the snow, wait just a few hours until the sky becomes blue and snow melts! Truly anytime in the Magic Valley, wait just five minutes and the weather will change to your liking! Magic Valley folks are friendly and very helpful! Come for a visit; you will never want to leave!
